Colours of Spring

Here in our part of the world it is spring time.  Our dry, dusty African landscape is ablaze with the vibrant colours of the msasa trees' new leaves - crimsons, golds, rusts, browns...colours to set your heart afire.  My pictures could never show the true vibrancy of these colours.

 The happy bright yellow Winter flowering cassia also known as the scramble egg tree!

 And the fiery Red Hot Poker trees (or lucky bean trees).  What a beautiful time of year!
