How priviledged we were to spend time in this sand dune natural protected area - alive with hopping rabbits and beautiful birdsong, fluttering butterflies and moths and chirping crickets and grasshoppers.

There are so many different habitats to explore from your own garden to coasts to woodlands to moors and mountains to fields and meadows to rivers and streams and the urban jungle. There are natural treasures everywhere to keep us all fascinated. Always so much to learn and to fascinate us!

What a fun trip. As an American gorse is one of those things that exists only in the English children's books I read as a kid. Pooh bear lived in a pace with gorse, but I most certainly did not :)
