Yesterday is History, Tomorrow is a Mystery, and Today is a Gift.
Time spent digging. A big gift for me! One of the things I love best. Digging and feeling the soil between my fingers, the smell of freshly turned soil.
I want to keep digging until I am very old!
The boys love digging and all things to do with gardening although the digging bit is always the highlight!
Looking for jewels - (I have mentioned before that pirates once lived here!!)
and worms.
And getting to know you earth.

Ah, I can't wait to dig into the earth too! Your joy at connecting with the earth is visible.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and light...
You and your boys are just the sweetest!
ReplyDeleteSoon we will be digging in the sand at the shore. That is my favorite -- digging a hole and watching the waves fill it up and make the sand smooth and flat again.
I love this post and the beginnings of spring.
ReplyDeleteAlso I have to say, I LOVE the photo of your son digging with the dirt smudged on his face...darling. :)
Yum-yumminess!!
