Our nature-loving boy turned 11 recently.
His most precious birthday gift, a brown house snake. He is so excited to keep a snake, he woke at least three times the first night to keep checking on his new friend!
His birthday cake was snake themed this year. His little brother commented in admiration that he thinks his brother is really wild, so wild in that he even had rocks and sticks on his birthday cake!

Thanks Sue. He keeps mentioning that his snake is the best birthday present. We have a local snake expert living in our city. He practically has a snake park at his house. Hundreds of different snakes, many very dangerous. HE even has two fully grown crocodiles in his garden. Thankfully in a pleasant penned off area! So interesting to visit him though!

ReplyDeleteThanks Gina! How these children are growing! Sol loves that snake and spends lots of time admiring her. She ate a white mouse on Saturday. Interesting to watch a snake catch it's supper and gobble it!
