Gingerbread people and gingerbread house

Last week we focussed on 'The Gingerbread Man' and 'Hansel and Gretel'. When we went to the woods our Hansel took a bag of white pebbles and left a trail to see if he could follow it on his way home. We made gingerbread men and decorated them with raisins and sliced almonds. Yesterday, we made a gingerbread house although it was rather sparse looking as I didn't want to load on too many sweets. The little ones loved the gingery, warm dough.
