Winter aconite

Just as we do each winter at this time.  We head to a special spot in the woods to check if the wild winter aconite patch is in bloom.  And there they are!

See all the little buds just starting to unfold.  Always magical!

The snowdrops are wakening too.. and the hazel catkins!
