Whispering grass meadow and Wind babies

Wind, wind, wind...

Being free with the wind in our hair, and the wind whistling by our ears, and the wind rolling through the grassy meadow.

To lie so still in a grassy nest and listen to the stories the wind whispers...shiishhhhh

Sometimes wind babies come to play in our babe's clothes,
how they dance and flip and sway,
then all becomes still and they fly away.

  1. So sweet :) We had a very windy & absolutely beautiful sunshine filled day here yesterday as well. The kids loved twirling with the wind as well as watching the leaves dance on the trees. "Wind" was of great importance in our day yesterday. I'm gonna have to share this post with my daughter :)

  2. We live so far away from each other, and yet our day was filled with wind, too! Something about that just makes me happy. :)

  5. I love the photo of your little one lying in the long grass. I just know how that feels. Also love the idea that wind babies come to play.
